ELIGIBILITY FOR ZONAL CO-ORDINATOR
- Graduate in any stream or above.
- Good communication skill & command on spoken and written English to communicate effectively internal and external stake holders.

ZONAL CO-ORDINATOR POWER & DUTIES:
- To recommend new franchisee.
- To implement head quarter policies
- To bridge the gap between centers and head quarter
- Dispose of local complain of centers
- To bridge the gap between centers and head quarter
- Coordinate between different centers
- To follow the direction and guidelines of head quarter time to time
- To organize press conference, seminar and other promotional activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A ZONE COORDINATOR
- Program Implementation and Management
- Local Adaptation: Adapt and implement national and state educational policies and vocational training programs to fit the specific needs of the zone.
- Coordination: Oversee the delivery of educational and vocational programs, ensuring consistency and quality across institutions within the zone.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including funding, personnel, and materials, to support educational and vocational initiatives.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data on student performance, program effectiveness, and resource utilization. Analyze this data to inform decision-making and improve programs.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on program outcomes and progress for higher-level administrators and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaboration: Work with local educational institutions, vocational training centers, government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to support program implementation.

- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the zone and higher levels of administration, ensuring clear and effective communication.
